12/7/10
Dr. Gloria M Rodriguez has been named Assistant Commissioner of Family Health Services for the
NJ Department of Health & Senior Services.

Dr. Rodriguez brings a wealth of knowledge to the position.  Over the last 23 years, Dr. Rodriguez has excelled in numerous positions within DHSS including Assistant Commissioner of AIDS Prevention and Control and, most recently, Director of Special Child Health and Early Intervention Services.

Dr. Rodriguez holds a Doctorate of Social Welfare from Hunter College Graduate School of Social Work-City University of New York.

As Director of Special Child Health Services, Dr. Rodriguez had been a previous member of the
NJ Parent Link Team, supporting and promoting the importance of the initiative to her entire staff.

On behalf of the NJ Parent Link Team, congratulations to Dr. Rodriguez in her new role as Assistant Commissioner for the Division of Family Health Services.

11/30/10
Celeste Andriot-Wood has retired as the Assistant Commissioner of Family Health Services for the
NJ Department of Health & Senior Services.

On behalf of the NJ ECCS Team, thank you to Ms. Andriot-Wood for her support of an Early Childhood Comprehensive System becoming a reality here in New Jersey.

Ms. Andriot-Wood's leadership and insight provided the footing and guidance necessary to steadily move our work forward year after year.

Her insight and intellect will truly be missed, as will her true appreciation for the interplay we engage in each day, as providers of children's and family services.

On behalf of the NJ Parent Link Team, thank you to Celeste Andriot-Wood for all she has contributed to improving the lives of New Jersey's children and families
